• Adults must be above 18 years of age.
• Must be elected as NRB CIP declared by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
• Must be confident in the ideals and objectives of the organization and agree to abide by the constitution of the organization.

          Membership Rules:

• The application form prescribed by the organization should be duly filled and submitted along with the allowance fee of BDT 500 / – to the general secretary.
• Application for membership will be approved / rejected as per the proposal adopted in the meeting of the executive council.
• 10,000 (ten thousand) taka per month has to be paid as monthly fees. However, the full year’s subscription of 120,000 (one lac twenty thousand) taka can be paid at once.
• The General Secretary shall submit the submitted application to the meeting of the Legislative Council for approval and shall record it in the register subject to approval.

Membership Cancellation Rules:

Membership may be revoked for the following reasons:

• Failure to pay monthly subscription for 6 (six) consecutive months.
• In the absence of three consecutive meetings without acceptable reasons.
• If any member resigns voluntarily.
• If convicted by the court.
• If proven insane or bankrupt by a court.
• If engaged in any activity contrary to the constitution of the organization.
• If member take part in any anti-social work.
• If member receive salary, allowance or any kind of financial benefit from the organization.
• If member die.
